Say hello to a very special nursery toy - a beautiful pull-along dog from French toy maker Trousselier. 

An absolute classic, and in the softest, dreamiest colours and fabrics - he really is a bit of an heirloom in the making. 

He measures 31cm in length so is quite a substantial boy, and comes complete with a cheery red ribbon lead. 

His body is made of a soft cream velour, with patches of fawn plush on his ears, face, body and tail. He has smart wooden wheels and trundles along very nicely. 

He is a perfect toddler toy - or of course as a lovely gift for a new baby. 

The washing instructions suggest a surface wash or machine wash at 30* - but I am thinking surface wash is definitely the best option, with his wooden wheels attached. So, I'm going to be honest and say he is definitely not the most practical toy in the world - but hey, he is GORGEOUS!)
