Please return in unused condition within 14 days.
We recommend that you send returns via Signed For post and keep your “proof of postage certificate’ as Cottontails cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in post.
We regret we cannot refund any postage charges incurred if you have changed your mind about your purchases.
If you find goods to be faulty on arrival please notify us immediately and we will offer a full refund or replacement.
