Fairly classic small paperback picture book format - 22 x 18cm. 

Charming paperback picture / story book following a group of animals who have to move house when the builders move into their landscape. The opening lines of the book read: 

"Bump? Bang! Crash! The trees in the little wood were coming down, and houses were going up...". 

Condition: Pretty good - the back cover is yellowed with age but a generally a tidy little book.
