Lovely vintage children's book.

'Tim Minds the Shop' by Ella Monckton with illustrations by Patricia Turner 

Absolutely lovely little book in very nice condition. There is no dust jacket but otherwise it is in lovely condition - a few age marks on the pale back board cover, and a few soft scuffs along the spine.

Small format - 16 x 14cm.

Published by Frederick Warne & Co (the same publishing house as Beatrix Potter, and you can tell there is a similar style with pretty vignette watercolours and pen and ink line drawings. 

Published in 1957, I believe this is a first edition.
